For this remodel, the designer wanted to ensure that the homeowner had an abundance of options for both entertaining and relaxing outside of the dwelling. They created both a comfortable and inviting sitting area in the front of the home, a cozy sitting area in the courtyard, and a rooftop deck for entertaining.
